About the Conference Committee …
The 2016 ERA Conference Committee, chaired by Tom Griffin, CPMR, of Catalyst Sales, Inc., began planning sessions this past summer with the primary objective of developing content that will improve and enhance the sales processes and relationships for and between manufacturers’ reps, manufacturers and distributors. Following the theme “Smart Solutions 2016: Navigating the Connected World,” the conference program will address the continuing changes in technology and their impacts on the sales process, dealing with a new generation of decision-makers, utilizing and managing social media and other related topics.
Griffin says, “We are excited to be hosting ERA’s 47th Conference in a new location and at a new time of year. We believe this new venue and timing will be a welcome change that we can all look forward to. The program our committee is creating will be loaded with information, advice and tactics that we can use to boost our profitability and productivity in a world that demands we all be “connected” 24-7, regardless of the size of our companies. And, since 2016 is a leap year, we urge everyone to spend that extra day with ERA working ON your business. We welcome your suggestions on content.”
In addition to Griffin, the rep volunteer members of the 2016 ERA Conference Committee are: Kathie Cahill, CPMR, of the Net Sales Company; Tobi Cornell of Kruvand Associates, Inc.; John Hutson, CPMR, of the MacInnis Company; Rick LaPiana of the Cain-Forlaw Company; and Holly Myers, CPMR, of Wallace Electronics Sales, Inc.
