LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION
AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center and Hotel
at the University of Texas, located at 1900 University Ave., Austin, TX 78705.
If you are driving to the AT&T Center, there is a parking garage.
Self-parking fees are $15 for four to eight hours and $18 for eight to 24 hours. Overnight guests may obtain a parking card at the front desk for $18 per night.
Valet parking is also available at the rate of $15 for the day, or overnight for $25.
SUPER SHUTTLE is also available for transportation from and to the airport; you can find more info and make a reservation here: https://www.supershuttle.com/locations/austinaus/.
TAXIS are also readily available at the airport, as well as at the AT&T Center. A one-way ride from/to the airport will take approximately 20 minutes. Fares will range from $35 – $45. You can find additional information here http://www.meetattexas.com/page/transportation.
IN HOTEL DINING
The Carillon – Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Located off the hotel side lower lobby (Level LL), to the north inside the University Avenue entrance.
Gabriel’s Cafe – Open 7 days a week from 11 a.m. to midnight
Located on the north side of the hotel lower lobby (Level LL), just inside the University Avenue entrance.
One Twenty 5 Café – Open daily 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Located across from The Spirit Gift Shop, off the hotel lobby (Level L) near the south wing.
The ERA conference registration and information desk will be located on Level 3 of the AT&T Conference Center, and will be open during the following dates and times:
Sunday, Feb. 25 Noon to 6 p.m.
Monday, Feb. 26 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 27 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
