In the event that ERA cancels the 2022 Conference, sponsors will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, sponsors will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their sponsorship to an event at a future date.
If a sponsoring company chooses to cancel their sponsorship, that cancellation must be submitted in writing to kderkacz@era.org. Cancellations will be allowed up until Jan. 28, 2022.
Upon receipt of sponsorship cancellation notice, the ERA shall have the discretion to resell the sponsorships forfeited.
