Job Description

Looking for an account executive / outside salesperson for Greater Boston Area. Experience and local account knowledge / relationships required.

Qualifications

-Must currently live in the Greater Boston / CT Area.
-One year minimum experience in electronic component sales. Requires strong communication skills, including strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to discuss highly technical concepts and products with existing/prospective customers.
-Communicate with principles to track and follow up on opportunities.
-Find and maintain customers.
-Have an entrepreneurial attitude and want to run their own business. Work with little supervision.

Regional Distribution Coordinator/Manager — Passive/Electro-mechanical Products (Dec 2023)

Successful southeastern electronic rep organization looking for addition to team to help manage distribution sales partners and further strengthen existing relationships. As a part of the sales team, your job will require some travel to meet and work with distributor partners and customers. Your primary objective will be helping to grow both new and existing business within the assigned territory throughout our distribution network. In order to be successful in this role, you should have the ability to build relationships through garnering the trust of the people you work with. You will be the conduit between the supplier and the distributor partners helping to set up trainings, QBRs, and help
facilitate customer meetings. You will also partner with the sales team to generate leads and ensure that all opportunities are handled effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Electronic distribution sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of relationship building and coordination of training events
  • Experience in launching new product offerings
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft products, including TEAMS
  • Home office environment
