ATTENDEE CHECK-IN & BADGE PICK-UP

The ERA Conference Registration & Information Desk will open on Sunday, Feb. 25, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST in the Zlotnik Family Ballroom Foyer. The desk will remain open throughout the conference starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 26.

When you check in at the ERA desk, you will receive your badge, your assigned table number in the main ballroom and a list of the breakout sessions for which you’ve pre-registered.

Please note: A security guard will be present and checking for badges. You MUST wear your badge at all times to enter all program sessions and conference functions.

MEETING AND EVENT SPACE

All conference general session programs, breakfasts and lunches will be held in the Zlotnik Family Ballroom of the AT&T Conference enter. Breakout session rooms are located on Levels M1 and M2 of the Conference Center, as well as the Zlotnik Ballroom. View a detailed venue map. (Venue maps can also be found on the Conference app.)

The Sunday Welcome Reception will be held in the AT&T hotel’s inner courtyard, located on Level 2.

The Monday evening conference party will be held off-site at Punch Bowl Social located in downtown Austin. Bus transportation will be provided between the AT&T Center and the party venue.

SEATING IN MAIN SESSION BALLROOM

ASSIGNED SEATING for all rep, manufacturer and distributor attendees will be used on Monday, Feb. 26 only for all general sessions scheduled in the Zlotnik Family Ballroom. Each table will have a designated table leader. Assigned seating is designed to encourage networking. OPEN SEATING will be used for all sessions and meals on Tuesday, Feb. 27.

Your table assignment will be printed on the back of your printed pocket schedule (you will receive this upon Conference check-in) and under your personal profile in the Conference app.

FIRST-TIMERS ORIENTATION

If you are attending your first ERA Conference (or have not joined us in many years), please plan to attend the First-Timers Orientation on Monday morning at 7:00 to 7:45 a.m. in Classroom 101, located on Level M1 of the Conference Center. Pick up your breakfast and carry it to the meeting room for a brief orientation that will answer your questions and help you gain the most from your conference experience.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS

Hopefully you have already signed up for the breakout sessions that you most want to attend. But if you have not yet registered, don’t worry, there’s still time! You can easily sign up for breakout sessions online.

MONDAY NIGHT CONFERENCE PARTY

The ERA Conference Party is sold out. The venue, Punch Bowl Social, is located one mile from the AT&T Center on Congress St. in downtown Austin. Bus transportation will be made available to/from the venue. Buses will be available on Whitis Ave. located on Level M2 directly behind the Conference Center. The first bus will depart at 6:40 p.m. Name badges MUST be worn to gain admittance. No exceptions; your badge is your ticket.

ATTIRE

For all conference programs and functions, business casual attire is recommended. Meeting rooms are kept cool, so we strongly recommend you bring a sweater or jacket. Layers are your friend! February temperatures in Austin range from lows in the 40s to highs in the 70s.

EXHIBITORS

There will be companies with exhibit tables (some whom are ERA Recognized Resource providers) located in the Zlotnik Family Ballroom foyer starting on Monday morning. And some companies will be presenting workshops both Monday and Tuesday mornings. View schedule for workshop details.
