CONFERENCE VENUE is the AT&T Executive Conference Center & Hotel at the University of Texas, located at 1900 University Ave., Austin, TX 78705. Read more information about the venue.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
Lyft and Uber both operate in Austin. Taxis are also readily available at the airport, as well as at the AT&T Center Hotel. The distance between AUS Airport and the AT&T Center is 9 miles, and the ride will take approximately 25 minutes and the fare will range from $35 – $45. Be sure to bring plenty of business cards to hand out to all the new contacts you will be making.

SCHEDULE:
Review the detailed schedule of the conference and see room assignments. The schedule is available on the ERA conference app as well.

REGISTRATION AND BADGES:
The Conference Registration and Information Desk will open on Sunday, Feb. 27, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Zlotnik Family Ballroom Foyer. The desk will remain open throughout the conference starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday.

When you check in, you will receive your badge, your assigned table number in the main ballroom and a list of the breakout seminars for which you’ve pre-registered. You will have the opportunity to register for breakout seminars onsite, as well.

Please note: A security guard will be present and checking for badges. You MUST wear your badge at all times to enter all program sessions and conference functions.

MEETING AND FUNCTION SPACE:
All conference general session programs and luncheons will be held in the Zlotnik Family Ballroom of the AT&T Conference Center. Breakout seminar rooms will be located on Levels M1 and M2 of the Conference Center. View the venue map.

The Sunday Welcome Reception will be held in the hotel’s inner courtyard, located on Level 2. The Monday evening conference party will be held off-site with transportation provided.

SEATING IN MAIN SESSION BALLROOM:
ASSIGNED SEATING will be used for all general sessions scheduled in the Zlotnik Family Ballroom. Each table will have a designated table leader. Assigned seating is designed to encourage free-flowing conversations and networking. OPEN SEATING will be used for lunch on Tuesday.

FIRST-TIMERS ORIENTATION:
If you are attending your first ERA Conference or have not joined us in many years, please plan to attend the First-Timers Orientation on Monday morning at 7:00 to 7:45 a.m. in Amphitheater #204, located on Level 2. Pick up your breakfast and carry it to the meeting room for a brief orientation that will answer your questions and help you gain the most from your conference experience. The orientation all be hosted by Ellen Coan, CPMR, Vice President of Operations at CC Electro Sales, and ERA Executive Committee VP of Education.

MONDAY NIGHT CONFERENCE PARTY:
The ERA Conference Party is sold out. Check with ERA Staff onsite at the Conference Registration Desk if you would like to get on the wait list. The venue, Bull & Bowl, is located one mile from the AT&T Center. Bus transportation will be available to/from the venue. Buses will be available on Whitis Ave. located on Level 2 directly behind the Conference Center. The first bus will depart at 6:40 p.m. Badges must be worn to gain admittance. Casual attire, like jeans, is permitted.

ATTIRE:
Business casual attire is recommended for all conference programs and functions. Meeting rooms are kept cool, so we strongly recommend you bring a sweater or jacket. Layers are your friend! February temperatures in Austin range from lows in the 30s to highs in the 60s.

PARKING:
If you are driving to the AT&T Center, there is a parking garage. Self-parking fees is $21 for eight to 24 hours. Valet parking is also available at the rate of $21 for the day, or overnight for $35. More information about onsite parking is available.

HEALTH & SAFETY INFORMATION:
View the AT&T Center’s robust safety plan. View additional COVID-19 precautions and information directly related to the ERA conference. Face masks will be made available to all attendees. Face masks are strongly recommended for vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals, but are not currently mandated in Texas.

EXHIBITORS/SUPPLIERS:
ERA Recognized Resource providers will have exhibit tables located in the Zlotnik Family Ballroom foyer starting on Monday morning. A few suppliers will be presenting workshops both Monday and Tuesday mornings. Don’t miss the chance to visit with these suppliers that know your business best.
