The ERA Conference is hosted at the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center located in Austin, Texas — 1900 University Ave., Austin, TX 78705, Phone: 512-404-3600.

AT&T Hotel & Conference Center – Waitlist

The ERA Conference hotel room block at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center is sold out. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you would like to be placed on the wait list, please contact the Reservations Department at 512-404-3600, or send an email to reservations@attconf.utexas.edu, to submit your request. You must reference that you are with the 2025 ERA Conference.

Note: The waitlist is on a first-come, first-served basis as rooms become available. If you are placed on the waitlist, you are responsible for follow-up with the reservations department to determine if any rooms have opened up in the AT&T Center room block.

 General conference schedule (subject to change):

• Sunday, Feb. 23– Attendee badge pick-up 12:00 – 6:00 p.m. CT- Welcome cocktail reception 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. CT
• Monday, Feb. 24– Conference sessions 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CT
• Tuesday, Feb. 25– Conference sessions 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CT
