2022 ERA Conference Registration Information

2022 ERA Conference registration is now closed.

A waitlist is in effect. Electronics industry professionals who are still interested in attending the event can submit a conference waitlist form to be notified, on a first come, first served basis, of available openings.

Note: Please keep in mind that you will have 24 hours to complete the registration process once an opening becomes available.

Note: ERA Conference hotel room reservations MUST be made separately of your conference registration. Room reservation information can be found here.

After submitting your registration, you will have the opportunity to pay securely online. Only online payments will be accepted at this time and invoices will not be issued. Questions about payment? Contact Karin Derkacz at kderkacz@era.org.


An early registration discount is in effect through Dec. 15, 2021.

Your registration fees cover all programming, materials, conference app, two breakfasts, all breaks, two lunches and Sunday evening’s Welcome Reception.

The Monday evening conference celebration party is an optional event for which there will be an additional cost. Details regarding this event will be provided to registrants in December.

For registrations received BEFORE DEC. 15, 2021:

ERA Member
1st & 2nd Registrant – $795 per person
Each Additional Registrant – $650

All registrants – $1,095

For registrations received AFTER DEC. 15, 2021:

ERA Member
1st & 2nd Registrant – $995
Each Additional Registrant – $750

All Registrants – $1,195

Note for Conference Sponsors
Registration – Once you have filled out the attendee registration form, if your sponsorship level covers all of your attendee conference registration(s) in total, please skip the payment type section.
Additional Attendees – If you need pay for additional attendees who are not covered by your sponsorship level, please do so on the registration payment page.


The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Refunds will only be granted if requested via email to kderkacz@era.org and in accordance with the following:

Registrations cancelled ON OR BEFORE DEC. 15, 2021 are eligible for a full refund of registration fees.

Registrations cancelled between DEC. 16, 2021 and JAN. 15, 2022 are eligible for a refund less a $200 per person administrative fee.

Registrations cancelled AFTER JAN. 15, 2022 are not eligible for a refund.
