ERA Conference Registration Information

Registration for the 2021 ERA Conference Is Now Open!

To protect the safety of our attendees, we are continuing to monitor the evolving effects of COVID-19 and are working closely with the AT&T Center to consider multiple options. In the event that an in-person ERA Conference is cancelled due to COVID-19, registered attendees will be notified immediately and a refund policy will be instituted. We are also exploring potential hybrid in-person/virtual and virtual only event options should we be unable to safely hold it in person.

We deeply appreciate your continued patience as we navigate this rapidly-changing situation, and hope to see you in February.



You will have the opportunity to pay securely online or request an invoice.

NOTE: ERA Conference hotel room reservations MUST be made separately of your conference registration. Room reservation information for the AT&T Center can be found HERE.


An early registration discount is in effect through Dec. 15, 2020.

Your registration fees cover all programming, materials, conference app, two breakfasts, all breaks, two lunches and Sunday evening’s Welcome Reception.

The Monday night conference party is an optional event for which there will be an additional cost. Details on this event will be sent to attendees in December.

For registrations received BEFORE DEC. 15, 2020:

ERA Member
1st & 2nd Registrant – $795 per person
Each Additional Registrant – $650 per person

All registrants – $1,095 per person

For registrations received AFTER DEC. 15, 2020:

ERA Member
1st & 2nd Registrant – $995 per person
Each Additional Registrant – $750 per person

All Registrants – $1,195 per person


The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Refunds will only be granted if requested in writing via email to and in accordance with the following:

Registrations canceled PRIOR TO FEB. 1, 2021, are eligible for a full refund of registration fees.

Registrations cancelled ON OR AFTER FEB. 1, 2021, are eligible for a refund less a $200 per person administrative fee.

COVID-19 concerns: In the event that the 2021 Conference must be canceled due to the continued effects of COVID-19, ERA will issue a full refund to all registrants. Please allow for a 45-day processing time. Should the decision be made to move the conference to a virtual format, and you would like to attend, a portion of your registration fee can be applied to that event. Additional information will be provided. Alternatively, you will also have the option to defer your registration to attend the 2022 ERA Conference.

Please remember that canceling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
