FEES & COSTS

Your registration fees cover all programming, materials, the Conference app, two breakfasts, multiple morning and afternoon breaks, two lunches and Sunday evening’s Welcome Reception.

The Monday evening conference celebration party is an optional event for which there will be an additional cost. Details regarding this event will be provided to registrants in December.

REGISTRATION FEES:

ERA Member
1st & 2nd Registrant: $895 per person
Each Additional Registrant: $750

Non-Member
All registrants – $1,295 per person

All invoiced payments are due by Jan. 1, 2024.

NOTE: Your attendee registration fee does NOT include your hotel reservation. You must make that separately. Info about the ERA room block at the AT&T Center and link to reserve can be found here.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Note: a minimal administrative fee will be charged for any credit card refunds.

Refunds will only be granted if requested via email to kderkacz@era.org and in accordance with the following:

  • Registrations cancelled PRIOR to Dec. 23, 2023 are eligible for a full refund of registration fees, minus credit card processing fees.
  • Registrations cancelled between Dec. 24, 2023 and Jan. 24, 2023, are eligible for a refund less credit card processing fees, and a $200 per person administrative fee.
  • Registrations cancelled AFTER Jan. 25, 2024: no refunds will be given, however, your registration fee will be pro-rated to your attendance at the 2025 ERA Conference.
