ERA Virtual Conference Registration
The following form allows for up to 20 attendee registrations and also has an option to upload an attendee list in Word or Excel. Whichever option you choose, you must click the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom of the online form to ensure your registration goes through!
If you are interested in registering 21 or more people from your company and don’t wish to use the file upload feature, please contact Karin Derkacz at email@example.com.
Cancellations received on or before Jan. 28, 2021 will be refunded the conference registration fee in total less a $50 per person processing fee. Cancellations received after Jan. 28, 2021, will receive no refund. Attendee substitution will be allowed at no cost up until Friday, Feb. 19.
