Commitment to Performance – Pathway to Professionalism
ERA’s Commitment to Performance is a multifaceted program that emerged from an industry-wide study conducted for the association by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania through which ERA reps state clearly what their principals and customers can expect from them.
The survey of principals and customers scientifically measured the perceptions and attitudes that are important in evaluating sales professionals and in generating a sales force strategy. The survey results were then translated into this action program through which ERA member reps make written commitments to qualitative professional standards.
