Position Overview:
Synergy Associates is a manufacturers’ representative in the semiconductor industry serving customers in New England. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to coordinate our daily activities and office functions. The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving
sales growth by managing customer relationships, coordinating sales activities and supporting the sales team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the incoming leads to identify potential customers and opportunities.
  • Manage sales opportunities with assigned Synergy Field Sales Engineers (FSEs) by trackingprogress, validating details, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Process product samples for customers for evaluation and testing.
  • Manage product registrations, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with Supplier procedures.
  • Prepare quotes for customers, coordinate with FSE’s and marketing to meet customer needs.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring all terms align with Supplier policies and customer requirements.
  • Submit sales splits and track commissions accurately for sales team.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, providing regular updates to management for strategic planning.
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to key stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and opportunities.
  • Facilitate the execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect sensitive information during customer engagements.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Remarkable organizational and communication skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic
    environment.
