The company offers a wide range of high-performance power supply products, including AC/DC rail-type power supplies, DC/DC module power supplies, intelligent LED drivers, and various customized power supplies. Pairui boasts a professional team of 35 R&D and product engineers. In the early stages of product development, engineers focus on high-cost-performance solutions and conduct a series of rigorous tests, including surge, temperature rise, vibration, combustion, waterproofing, indoor EMC, and comprehensive functional testing. This ensures that the designs meet the standards required for various application fields. The company possesses rapid prototyping capabilities and advanced testing equipment, striving to meet customers’ dual demands for timely sample delivery and stable performance.
The factory is equipped with 14 fully automated SMT production lines, 8 independent plug-in machines, and 15 automated plug-in production lines. Each line is outfitted with online AOI inspection, automated testing systems, and aging systems. Additionally, the company operates 8 fully automated potting lines, each equipped with vacuum chambers and tunnel ovens. All production lines and warehouses are integrated with the MES system, enabling digital management and full-process data traceability.
Pairui has obtained multiple system certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (formerly OHSAS 18001), and IATF 16949. Furthermore, in response to market demands, the company’s standardized products have successively acquired international certifications such as UL, CE, TÜV, ENEC, UKCA, RCM, and EAC, ensuring compliance with global market access standards.
