Lou’s experience as an executive with Avnet will be a tremendous asset to ERA.”

Over the years, he has held various leadership roles in sales, sales management, supply chain management, branch management and as an area sales director.
Copley currently serves as Avnet’s Vice President of Sales for the Americas, overseeing field sales, sales management, application engineers, inside sales, customer service and Avnet’s quoting & product management team. His responsibilities include driving customer and supplier value through demand creation, supply chain solutions and overall sales strategy.
“I’m honored to join the ERA Board and contribute to an industry that thrives on connection, innovation and collaboration,” said Copley. “I’m excited to represent the distribution perspective and help drive meaningful progress across an ever-changing landscape. I look forward to working with the Board to strengthen the vital relationships that move our industry forward and helping to accentuate the unique value brought to the market by manufacturers, manufacturers’ reps and distributors alike.”
