Applications are officially open for the 2027 ERA Mark Motsinger White Pin Internship Program!

This internship program offers a manufacturers’ rep (who is an ERA member) a chance to hire a college student as an intern, with ERA and the White Pin group subsidizing a substantial portion of the anticipated internship cost.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the intern to gain hands-on experience in the electronic component sales industry AND a great chance for rep companies to train and teach a potential hire, with ERA’s help and support.

Important details:

Rep Firms: To apply, your firm must already have a selected intern candidate identified. Both the rep company and the intern must submit applications. Apply as a rep.
Potential Interns: You can apply individually even if you haven’t matched with a rep firm yet! Apply as an intern.
