FEES & COSTS
Your registration fee covers attendance to all sessions, materials, access to the Conference mobile app, two breakfasts, multiple morning and afternoon snack breaks, two lunches, Sunday evening’s Welcome Reception and — new this year — Monday evening’s Networking Event.
REGISTRATION FEES:
ERA Member
1st & 2nd registrant: $1095 per person
Each additional registrant: $950 (members only)
Non-Member
All registrants – $1,600 per person

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Please note: A minimal administrative fee will be charged for any credit card refunds.
Refunds will only be granted if requested via email to kderkacz@era.org and in accordance with the following:
- Registrations cancelled prior to Dec. 19, 2025 are eligible for a full refund of registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled between Dec. 19, 2025 and Jan. 22, 2026 are eligible for a refund less a $200 per person administrative fee.
- No refunds will be given for registrations cancelled after Jan. 23, 2026; however, your registration fee will be applied to your attendance at the 2027 ERA Conference.
