MONTHLY POS REPORTS
The month of February is always a lower POS month, and February 2025 followed that trend. However, when comparing it to Februarys of previous years, it was slightly better than the last two years. This February was about 4 percent better than last year — not a significant difference; however, an upward trend. We expect March to bounce back significantly if we continue to compare year-over-year POS activity. We will be able to do a first quarter comparison next month to get a better picture of what the industry trend is going to be moving forward.

> Save the date: ERA’s STEP (Sales Training for Electronics Professionals) will return this fall for its fourth year. It will take place Oct. 7-9, 2025, and will offer electronics professionals a chance to take a “step” up in their careers and sharpen their skills. This live, virtual training, sponsored by TTI Family of Specialists, will include an array of useful topics and be conducted by a mix of professional sales trainers and electronics industry experts.
