MANUFACTURING DATA REPORTS
Manufacturing data reports from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) are released at the beginning of every month and can be accessed at ISM. The latest report says economic activity in the manufacturing sector grew in October, with the overall economy achieving a 29th consecutive month of growth.
ISM reports that the U.S. manufacturing sector continues to expand, but at the lowest rate since the pandemic recovery began.
The electrical equipment, appliances and components sector reported growth in October compared to September. The computer and electronic products sector reported contraction in October compared to September. Read the full report.
