Dear ERA Members,
We want to make you aware of an issue we’ve heard from several of you about. Many members are receiving spam emails from various “companies” claiming to assist with your hotel accommodations for the 2027 ERA Conference.
Please know that ERA does not send these types of emails. These are often third-party solicitation or phishing attempts designed to get you to click a link or provide your personal or payment information.
The safest way to reserve your room for Conference is to access the Hilton Austin hotel link directly through the ERA website at https://era.org/conference-
You can also look closely at the sender’s email address. If it isn’t coming from the Hilton Austin or ERA, be cautious. When in doubt, don’t click the link or respond to the email. Go directly to era.org and access the official hotel reservation link from there.
